I just balsted through it... you need to have some speed and get a solid jump from the rock infront of it. So that when your front wheel dips down between those obstacles the has enough bounce to get up on that second pile.
You cant play it safe, or you'll just end up spinning in the middle of those. Get some speed and jump. If thats level 5 or so, im at level 9 now.
