Well Uncharted 2 Among Thieves ends with a cliffhanger (see box art).

This indicates that part 3 is coming. 8)
In terms of sales it would be better for Jak and Daxter to have a later release date (after Uncharted 3). Of course Jak and Daxter will sell anyway, but Naughty Dog will benefit more in this way.
