I have it and like it, I prefer american idiot though.
It certainly has great songs, I wouldnt consider it the best of the decade, but comparing it to common pop rock, pop punk bands these days I think they are one of the bests, even if I think there are many better bands.
What happens to me with greenday is that I like it a lot even if I know they arent that great as other bands I like, but I like their lyrics and the way they have lately turned their albums into punk rock stories, that, added to the classics like basket case and such makes me like them even if their guitars and voices arent great.
