Slide it closed to play touch only games or slide it open to play games with traditional controls. Not to mention the countless APPs that work great with a touch screen interface. THAT would have been more than worth $250. Does this thing have a browser? I heard it has wireless B (gross). |
Yeah it has a browser, just like any PSP.
I think it is wireless 802.3b... but I downloaded some demos a bit ago, and it was way faster than I expected. I guess I could have just been capped at the 11 mbps than 802.3b tops out at. Seemed awful speedy to me, though.
I do have one issue with the device, after having it in my pocket for a while. It slides easy, and turns on when you open it. It has turned on by accident a couple times now (I can hear it turn on). I think you can set it to not turn on with the slide, but I haven't rtfm yet, or looked too closely at the XMB.
A little leather pouch would be perfect for both screen protection and stopping the slide. Got to write that on my "grocery" list.
