Let's tell a criminal that of the 20 houses on this street, 15 of them have armed home owners, and 5 of them don't. Let's also tell the criminal what 5 houses don't have them.
Tell him "you can go rob and 5 houses".
What houses do you think he is going to rob? Who is safer now?
