What used to bother me personally is when I worked in a grocery store when i still lived in flint Michigan. People would always, and I mean always buy alcoholic beverages and cigarettes with the cash portion of their EBT card then buy food for somebody else for cash and use the cash on drugs. Thats the norm there though, part of the reason why Michigan is in such a bad state besides gm being gone, its a welfare state.
