It's probably a little of both, getting a new game is better than nothing but of course downloadable content would have been a lot better!! Seeing as how we got multiple Street Fighter 2 games for the SNES that were basically the same game with 4 new characters in each game it does not surprise me one bit. We put up with this on Madden games and every other sports game every year, when I would imagine EA could just release an update every year online for $20 updating the rosters and whatever other updates are needed!!
