No... he kinda does have a right.
I mean Unemployment is paid by his taxes.
People should be angry when unemployment is spent on wasteful goods... because people who spend their government mandated money like that need to rely on the government longer then they should have. Wasting taxpayer money.
It's why things like foodstamps should be replaced with just giving people food. In general Welfare and unemployment needs to be more directed.
Stop dealing in money, and instead have the government deal in products and services with these things.
