Path of the warrior is a lot easier than normal in NGS1.
You get a lot more save point and each save point heals you to full. You get back some health after every encounter too....
I have yet to use healing items except on a couple bosses.
The bosses are still a pain and I can see some giving major headache in harder modes.
There's many enemies that will grab you through block, you can't stand still bloquing and hope not to take damage, have to reverse wind non stop almost...
You have to obliterate the enemies missing limbs fast because if they get to you they will grab you through block and do MAJOR damage as they die.
Starting chapter 4 there are standards enemies that won't be killed by lvl 1 UT ( but lvl 2 will), I thought it only happened much later in the game in NGS1.
Generally I find I am doing reverse wind a lot, and that aside from a couple mistakes only the bosses kill me until I learn their pattern ( but 5-7 deaths/boss until I do). End of Chapter 6 boss was a huge pain in particular, he does 2 different attacks and I have yet to find a reliable way to dodge one of them so I had to heal to beat him............I coudn't find a way to do major damage to him too so the fight took forever
The ghost fish from NGS1 are back and they are a MAJOR PAIN. You fight them in the water instead of on the ground and it's annoying as hell...
There is no score for the regular play-through , only for team mission of when you do chapter select(which I believe you unlock when you clear the game). Scoring is going to be quite different from NGS1 with less emphasis on UT I believe...
