because of technical advancements our survey showed that 75% of the RRoD cases happened on an Xbox 360 console that did not have the new chipset (available in all current models)

What?

That sounds really bad! That means 25% did have the new chipset?

Of course there are way more 360s out there with older chipsets and they have been in use far longer as well! Must be some kind of mistake...
