The big question is
Will it really be 1080p 60fps?
Hell if they achieved 1080p 30 fps on a game with moderate detail on screen I would be already impressed.
One thing is sure, from all interviews and news about this game I know they are being ambitious, if they deliver slight on their ambitious this game will be a good surprise.

Not timed, this isn't like 360 fake exclusives. This is a game made to use fully a bluray disc, all Ps3 SPU , 1080p 60fps, streaming huge FMV scenes.
Is a real exclusive, until now no PS3 exclusive turned out to be only timed exclusive. If a game LAUNCHED as exclusive it always been exclusive on PS3, unlike the 360.
