The girl is not only disinterested in having him arrested, she's actually personally suggested she should go to court herself to get the case dismissed. She said the years of questioning from DAs and the media attention has damaged her and her family life as much as the incident itself has and she just wants it put behind her. I don't think she should be allowed to though. By being a minor at the time, I dont think she can ask for the case to be dismissed like an adult rape victim might be able to do. Plus she already sued him out the ass and won years ago, so there's always that.
