Being abducted is both a role block (meaning you can't do any night actions) and protects you (mafia can't kill you).

Wouldnt' that block mafia from killing someone if 1 person doesn't vote. I've never been mafia so I don't know. And I didn't see abduction listed on the mafiawiki.

the abduction thing is just a different way of doing the jailkeeper role
