Damage probably being the major thing they'd work on next, everything else they'd just up-haul to perfection. They could also get tons more tracks and work with on-line to make it absolutely beast. There's customization, auction, maybe full-sized Nascar races to be seen in GT6. With everything that PD has accomplished on this system with GT5 it's hard not to think how easy (in comparative terms of course, not in actuality) it's going to be for them to just smother us fans with GT6 which will be built on GT5's foundation of pure extacy, so it's like...better than heaven!
