It definitely will have quite a wide selection of controller options but remember so does Wii. Wiimote/nunchuck, WM+ option, Wii balance board, and of course classic controller/gamecube controller. All of which have received very good support.

This is really what it is going to come down to with the PS3 is it has the variety of controller options for developers but will it get support. Even further will it get support from the customers along with the developers. There are over 20 million balance boards in circulation, closing in on 5-6 million Wii Motion Plus, of course more than 50 million wiimotes and nunchucks, and we could estimate at least 10 million have either a classic controller or gamecube controller considering GC turnover and classic controller use. It's got customer support along with developer support.

This is what we will all be looking at for PS3 controller options. Will they be bundled with the system and if not how much will they cost separately? Will developers support start to support all controller options in similar fashions to the Wii? I do believe PS3 has the potential to have that wide variety that Wii has, if not greater, but it's more than just having it but having it used and supported by customers and developers. This is the big question we are all waiting to see how it plays out.
