He raped her, sodomized her, etc. but plea bargained down to concensual sex with a minor. What's funny is that what he ran from was a 90 day psychiatric prison sentence he was allowed to come and go from to continue working. He already did 42 days. So yes, this man has been on the run for 30 something years because he didn't want another 47 days in psychiatric care.

Really? He is an idiot.

 

I hate when people get stupid sentences like this. He should have to wrought in prison and get some of his own medicine
