I mean I see some of these poor guys pitching exactly what they're told, then they go to the bullpen because of a hit, that the catcher called for. Because it's the job of the pitcher to control how the ball reaches the point. There are several different types of pitches that will completely change how you have to hit the ball, even though it's going to end up in the same spot.

Yea I know but I was asking why they get the bad rap even if they pitch what the catcher wants, where he wants.
