Why? Because they bought a system that they wanted??? Because they're preferences don't match yours???
Grow up...

No. Because some things don't make sense. Like why is the PSPgo more expensive than both Xbox and Wii? Why did Sony release a successor to the PSP when the PSP is no where near dead yet? An it being a successor to the PSP why can it not play PSP games? Do they expect PSP owners to buy a PSPgo or are they looking for new customers (casuals maybe?). Does Sony really believe the PSP3000 and PSPgo can sell in the same market without competing with each other? Think about it. Whoever has or buys a PSP3000 is probably not going to fork up another $250 or so to buy a PSPgo or vice verca.

1) Early adopters price/ Profit 2) It's not the PSP's successor... it's the PSP... 3) It can play PSP games... Where are you getting your info from? 4) SONY have stated that the system is for those that want a more portable experience. For those that like UMD's, the 3000 isn't going anywhere unless a 4000 [with UMD] comes along. They're catering to 2 different markets without isolating either one. The PSP owners that are downloading games more than buying them and the PSP owners that are more focused with portable multimedia are the ones that they expect to buy it. 5) I don't see why not... how are they even competing?? Like i said in number 4, they're for two different crowds.. not the same crowd....

Ok. It can play PSP games just not UMD's. So then are all the PSP games that are on UMD being uploaded to PSPgo's network?
Ok. You tell me something since you seem to know more about it more than me. The PSP-3000 looks really appealing to me right now for various reasons. I do understand that the PSPgo is also a multimedia beast, but If I only want one system, and the go being the newest PSP in the market, why should I choose a go? What's in it that makes it a "must have" compared to a 3000?
