he sould be out of charka by now in the 8 tail fight he used a Tsukuyomi, a Amaterasu stop it from burning karin and killer bee he also used a Chidori Eisou
in the kage fight he used a Tsukuyomi, 2 Amaterasu he also controlled its movements, a chidori, Susanoo and a Enton Kagutsuchi ( he has a new element jutsu ) and hes still fighting
