Maybe getting rid of Kutaragi was a mistake afterall?
Who knows if they'll get their money back. You have to factor in the design, tooling of new production unit, marketing, network updates, etc. Even if the device makes a gross profit, when you add all these expenses together it might take quite a few units just to break even. And if it's the bomba I expect it to be, they may never get their money back.
Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.
