If it is a new GTA exclusive I wonder what the article was referring too...
It could be that they want to adopt a dlc model that is easy on PSN but might run into difficulties on the x360 marketplace...
Someone mentioned an exclusivity contract... honoring a contract is more important than money, although it is somewhat related.
Someone else mentioned Blu-ray for capacity reasons.
I have a feeling it's NOT motion controls.
Maybe there's PSP / PS3 connectivity similar to GT5 and GT PSP?
It could even be because of a good relationship between the two companies combined with investment into development for the PS3. I thought there was an article a few months back that was about the good relationship between the companies.
