I think what he's trying to say is, the 360 version looks like a PS2 game.

It's not even remotely true though.

OT: It's interesting that after looking for NG2 screenshots AND playing the game for a while I haven't seen any texture which looks pixelated like the ones in the OP.

It's also interesting that the textures are shown at a closer distance in the 360 screenshots than the PS3 screenshots.

I don't doubt the PS3 version looks better, but not as much as those screenshots make it look. And then there are other factors where the 360 seems to have an advantage (blood and number of enemies on screen).
