The frame rate on the 360 version looked silky smooth, whereas the PS3 version is chunky in several areas. I obviously can't tell from the Youtube videos but I keep hearing that the PS3 version actually runs at a lower resolution as well (like Ghostbusters). Definitely going for the 360 version on this game.
