TBH, my weight always seem to change in ways that surprise me. I run 5K every 2 to 3 days, cycle and work out 'gently' with weights, stretching excercies, etc. and when I least expect it I seem to gain pounds and when I think I should be losing weight I might gain a few pounds. Damn mysterious, but probably nothing to worry about so long as you feel healthy and the weight change isn't extreme relative to your lifestyle. |
My body is usually predicatable.
I have ate right and worked out hard and gained weight, but I've never lost weight after eating badly and barely working out.
