Sorry but youre so wrong. If 1 person bought all of the 360s say 30 million, and half of them failed then the install base would be 15 million. Unless that person decided to also get the broken ones fixed. Like I said in my post, 2 of the broken 360s were not fixed. they were exchanged for a lower priced 360. So instaead of paying £129 for a new one I paid £99 but I had to give my broken one in return.
