Doesn't count? The AFL has the 4th highest average crowd attendence of all sporting leagues in the world. More than the English Premier League & Major League Baseball. Pretty impressive when you take into account there are only 21 million people in Australia compared to 300+ million in the USA & 60 million in UK.
It used to be 3rd until the recent forming of the Indian 20-20 Cricket Premier League which has under 60 games a season, but pulls in big numbers to each game.
There are multiple games of 90+ thousand that attended a regular season game against two local suburbs of Melbourne. The Grand Final had over 100,000 attend last year, and will likely do the same again in the grand final that is held today.
If the AFL is irrelevant because it's only played predominantly in one country, then the same applies for the NFL.
Never argue with idiots
They bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience
