Sony should've published Demon's Souls instead of White Knight.
Given the quality of Demon's Souls, and the fact that it has a more Western feel than White Knight, they had a far better chance at breaking a million worldwide with Demons' Souls than with White Knight, imo. With the right marketing, it could've done fairly well despite its difficulty.
White Knight will sell better in the end, though, because it's getting the first party push. Plus it has a 200k advantage in Japan.
