Its best if the cop reveals his results otherwise no one else would find out anything.

And if he gets killed by the Mafia without revealing anything then we will have no clue whatsoever.

Yes, but if the doctor is reading this he will know who to protect, so thats why theres not much harm.

The cop shouldn't be scared to reveal the results.
