No, Xenogears' and Planescape: Torment's stories are way better than any MGS, and the complete series, and that isn't an opinion :)
However, MGS has the best plot in a non-rpg game, and better than 99% of the rpg genre.
Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.
