I second Batman and Demon's Soul.
You might also look more about Alpha Protocol which is an Action RPG that looks like Fallout 3 I think. It's being developped by a good company so it might end up good.
But I don't know when is your bday! So I don't know if the game will be released by then. It comes out October 27th.
