What it does do is allows M$ to plaster adverts of Forza 3 all over EU of which it's now on it's own in all regions. Forza 3 could sell ALOT of 360's this christmas in EU. Dont underestimate Europeans love for racing and cars. They will see the TV adverts, Forza 3 looks damn good for graphics. People will see that. Then at the end of the ad will be the 250gb hdd bundle. This will be to tempting over the holidays for Europeans. Watch. Remeber I said it here first. Even if it doesn't outsell both PS3 and Wii this holiday in Europe, it will come damn close now there is NO competition at all to this bundle.

After all F1 is 2nd to only football in Europe for amount of sports viewers. Think about that.
