Yup...there's alot of studios that would fit well under M$'s umbrella

If this was a studio on stronger footing, I would say no way...by EA is hurting badly, and it's because they haven't been able to effectively merge the many acqusitions over the past 4 years. $6.42 bln Market cap and shrinking cash makes for a bad day. Peter Moore at EA makes this a plausible rumor, imho.
