I think it looks fun. But honestly, i couldnt run through the same looking environment morphing for a full campaign.
Gameplay can be great to me but theres a lot to be said for playing the last level of a game or middle section and not feeling its different.
Imagine a mario game that just had you repeat the same color pallete as world 1-1 with a different boss at the end. Or Ratchet and clank on the same prehistoric themed map all game with different enemies. Or Uncharted only in the jugle from the first couple chapters....no jet skies, no temple, no landscapes, no forts, no boat. Just jungle.
