Suikoden headed by the original author/director/creator for PS3 (though I'd much rather see it go to Wii and think I'd do much better on DS or Wii).
Chrono sequel created by Level-5 and overseen by the original writers for PS3.
For the most part...all the ideas I can come up with still could work just as well on any platform. I'd just buy a PS3 if they put the game on there.
