See this video for better cockpit and showing of the steering wheel. Notice it matches almost perfectly with real life movement?

Maybe it's just the videos chosen, but of these 3, Forza 3 looks the most natural and realistic. GT5 looks all blue-ish and arcade like while the Forza 3 vid looked like I was actually driving in a real environment!
