First look at the F3 video and pay special attention to the steering wheel. As anyone can clearly see correcting the steering wheel to changing factors as reduced speed, angle of road and so on seems to be unneccesary in F3. Then look at GT5, case closed as far as I am concerned.
I added a NFS:SHIFT video and that one even seems more realistic when looking at F3
