Easy:

 

USB 1: PS3 Eye

USB 2: Guitar Hero 3 Controller 1

USB 3: Guitar Hero 3 Controller 2  (GHWT Controllers can be chained, GH3 not)

USB 4: Charging / USB Cable or external Harddisk

Use a splitter, I have 5 USB ports. Well 6 actually if i also use the splitter from guitar hero
