If Microsoft didn't have the PROD waranty plan then I wouldn't be as possitive about the 360 as I am. But when I gt PRoD they picked it up for free and I got a new one 2 weeks later, plus a free month of XBLive Gold. Most interesting was that the Microsoft employee that I had on the phone said I had a 10 year waranty. I don't believe that but it seems that I'm covered for a long time. So the compleet package that is the Xbox 360 is a great deal, because your getting a free waranty with it so that counts for something.
