Not really the internet, amazon, etc, are all extremely easy to use, even people who aren't computer savvy easily figure it out, but according to the article, even those familiar with the PSP and game systems, are having trouble understanding the go, that means a much higher learning curve than the internet

When amazon came out everyone called it a failure, and but they decided to keep amazon going at a loss because they needed to give time to consumers to learn how to use it. By learn they don't mean how difficult the product is to use. It's a willingness on the part of the consumer to purchase goods in a certain way.
