First, Kamal, in general men are the hornier side. Honestly. Girls like to tease, men have no standards. I sometimes frequent chatsites and honest to god, men can't contain themselves. It's like a serious version of 4chan.

Then, Anal. Some women swear by it, others chose middle ground (fingers and perhaps a plugg) and others don't want anything near it. I'll stick to the first two and my experience with that. Though there isn't much to say, you need the proper size for her first and foremost, take it easy at the start and use enough lubricant wether she feels like it or not. It chaves easy and wounds can more easily result in STD's. Standard condoms might also not be durable enough.
If you're underway and both enjoy it, well, it's a nice diversion from the regular sex and with the proper work can be extremely intense, more so for the girl then the guy from what I've seen.

Then there's the issue of size. trashleg explained it already but it depends on the girl and what she prefers. Just one tip, if you're not that well-hung, don't chose a really large girl.

but seriously, its not about "choosing someone you want to have sex with" its about being with someone and then deciding mutually to sleep together.
