Also, on that same time frame you can see some jaggies on the left fence of the pit lane, again, another graphical issue that wouldn't happen in CGI

Well, if it is CGI, why haven't they provided a link saying it is, that's what I can't seem to figure out. It's funny, GT is often times accused of being CGI, but then nobody provides links to prove anything.

The only thing those people prove is that the graphics are so good that they're literally CGI Quality. I mean the detractors themselves are the ones who ultimately praise the game the most, even more so than the most rabid fanboy XD
