Reading the full memo posted (http://www.gamezine.co.uk/news/formats/playstation3/seg-scea-meeting-$1328919.htm) a few thoughts crossed my mind.

First, a lot of this is what Sony wants Sega to do, not necessarily what Sega wants to do or will do. However, some of it is Sega's reactions to Sony's proposals.

Much of it is using Home to market games.

If the memo is correct, Sony has priced its wand and decided how to bundle it. It is also providing a list of titles for which it wants to see Wand support from Sega.

The DC conversation appears to be about timed exclusivity (If we give them a long period of exclusivity they’ll give us more marketing support.)

The $99 Sonic collection is very strange -- and expensive.

The word "emulator" is used in the PS2 header, but the discussion sounds like reselling games. (SCEA wants to sell all PS2 titles on PSN (GTA Vice City/Sonic/etc). This appears to be very different from the Xbox 360 patches to play Xbox games.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.
