No. 5: I remember this trial, it was on the news everywhere and I think the verdict accelerated the company's decision to completely withdraw from the German market in 2006. It was the first time I was glad a company disappeared (which has nothing to do with anti-US sentiments; Germany's own two giant retailers Aldi and Lidl had their scandals as well).
So does no. 5 mean that workplace romance is still banned in every Wal-Mart worldwide today or did they only try to ban it in Germany back in 2005?
