Well I'm not really sure what the OP is getting at, I guess 3rd party Japanese exclusives.
The top 4 would be
Metal Gear Solid 4 - 690k
Yakuza 3 - 480k
White Knight Chronicles - 350k (published by Sony though)
Yakuza Kenzan! - 300k
