He is fondly remembered by lots of "older" gamers due to his excellent Master system/Genesis/Megadrive days, but is also gaining more popularity with "newer" gamers through his older games been released on VC and XBLA.
Sure, some of his games lately in 3D have been suspect, but his 2D efforts continue to be fantastic to this very day.
Recent great titles include............. Sonic advance 1, 2 & 3............. Also the sublime Sonic Rush on DS.
