Try Revo uninstaller. It is great and has built in cleaners for all sorts of junk. This is not spam but a great tribute to a wonderful product that I have replaced add/remove with. CNET reviews it here and gives a download link: http://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html
Trust me, once you use it you will never go back to the Windows remove program panel.
