360 is loud playing through the disc drive. Playing on a hard drive probably makes it about as loud as a PS3.
PS3 is quiet but can get loud with age/extended playtime.
Wii is pretty quiet, but a PS3 on the first fan setting probably makes less noise. Anything after the first fan setting and the Wii wins.
At least from my experiences.
