No, Tim is a stupid name. I am talking about Jimmy James Sterling, pictured below
as you can see he has a glass of merlot and a monacle, and he's making a pose like he's thinking "Pretentious? Moi?".
The humor in this picture comes from him being fully clothed in a hot tub or bath, and he's covered in bath bubbles. How ridiculously absurd. It's also a reference to "never-nudes" from Arrested Development, which I like, because there shouldn't exist any pictures of this man nude. Notice that his live-strong bracelet is cutting off his circulation, making his hand floppy and pale.
Albeit, he has been playing PSP for years, so his hands may just be crippled.
