Resistance 2 didn't sell well because of the shadow of Killzone 2 and the fact that Resistance was an avergae game.
Uncharted 1 was a rarity these days - a word of mouth success amongst gamers. Playing it exceeded the reviews for many and gamers made up their own mind with it.
There is nothing to compare to uncharted 2 and it will sell at least 3 million copies. I personally believe it will eventually sell over 4 million.
