Given it also includes New Zealand, I'd say it means Australia. In Oz, its pre-ordering now for $449, which is $50 cheaper than the PS3 (although the PS3 can be found for around $470 fairly easily here). The DSi is $299, and the PSP-3000 is $279. So at that price, as much as I want it to, I can't see the PSP-Go selling very well. Yes, compare it to a iPod Touch its well priced, but the average consumer isn't going to make that comparison, they'll compare it to the DSi.
